Judy Williams was first introduced to yoga in her late teens when her mother invited her to join an evening yoga class. As an adult, Yoga provided the time to focus on breath and movement, helping her to cope with the hectic pace of every day life. Judy completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Six in 2018 and is forever grateful to her friends who encouraged her to begin the life-changing journey of her teacher training program.
